Girls Volleyball (6-8)

In this camp participants will be divided into groupings depending on skill level and development. The camp will address hitting, passing, setting, serving, ball control, and teamwork. The goal is to introduce the game of volleyball, including developing skills in a challenging, fun, and stimulating environment.

Cheer (7-12)

Calendar Jul 15, 2024 at 2 pm, runs for 1 week

This high school level Cheerleading Camp is a chance to improve your knowledge of cheerleading and walk away with increased skills and strengths. During this camp, you will work on increasing the form, height, and execution of your jumps, the execution of arm motions and dancing ability and stunting technique. This will be a jam-packed four days of strength training and conditioning, while adding in some fun! Registration is open to ALL Spencerport students entering grades 7 through 12, who are interested in cheerleading.

Track & Field

Girls Flag Football (6-8)

This middle school level Girls Flag Football Camp is a chance to improve your knowledge of flag football and increase skills and strengths within the game. During this camp, you will work directly with our varsity coaches and athletes on learning the rules and skills involved with flag football and experiencing playing the game. These four days are a great opportunity to be a part of a growing sport in our community and have fun learning and playing the game with other Spencerport students! Registration is open to Girls Spencerport students entering grades 6 through 8, who are interested in flag football.

Softball (4-10)

Girls will be placed into skill level and age groups to assure comfort and maximum learning potential. Focus will be on proper technique in all facets of the game, hitting, fielding, throwing, catching and base running. Spencerport HS coaching staff plus former and current College players will be instructing players.

Our lacrosse camp will focus on individual skill development & concepts for team success. Participants will be divided into groups based on age & skill level. Players will receive instruction on the fundamental skills of lacrosse, then move on to new drills that focus on player & team skill development. Coaches will introduce players to all the skills that players will need for the next level of competition. Each day will include game play to allow players to showcase their new skills & team concepts.

Girls Lax

To develop and maintain an environment that is conducive to success on and off the field. On the field accomplishments will be determined by work ethic, cooperation, sportsmanship and victory. Attainment will also include being a positive role model in all areas of life, including academic achievement and involvement within the community. We want to be the first people on the field at the beginning of the season and the last people off. That is our ultimate goal.
