Boys Basketball (2-6)

The primary focus at this camp will be to provide instruction on the basic offensive and defensive individual and team skills needed to compete in the game of basketball. There will be small group settings in station work. Instruction provided by coaches, former players, and current players from the Spencerport Boys Varsity Basketball program. Emphasis on age and skill level appropriate drills that can be repeated by campers on their own. Awards will be presented throughout the week and at the conclusion of the camp.

Swimming (1-4)

Our Swimming Camp is focused on developing key aspects of FAST swimming---starts, turns, and underwater speed. Development and refining of butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle stroke techniques will also be a major focus for this three-week camp. Emphasis will be placed on injury prevention through safe technique. This is an opportunity for experienced swimmers to begin preparing for next season and for novice swimmers to learn and improve on competitive swimming skills.

Equipment Needs: Suit, Goggles, Cap (long hair), towel, and WATER BOTTLES! Participants will also need sneakers and workout clothes as we will be doing some activities on deck.
Cheer (K-2)

Do you enjoy cheerleading, but wish you could learn better techniques? Then our youth cheerleading camp is for you! This is a comprehensive camp structured around basic cheerleading fundamentals, including jumping, stunting, sideline cheers, dance & tumbling. This camp, led by experienced cheerleading coaches, with assistance from the Varsity athletes, is perfect for both new and experienced cheerleaders. We will end each day with fun games, and interactive activities, while growing tighter relationships between the youth and high school program athletes.

Baseball (2-8)

Spencerport Baseball camp is for anyone interested in playing baseball. Our camp will be coached by the varsity baseball players under the direct supervision of the varsity baseball coach/staff. We will cover fielding, hitting, throwing, and rules of baseball.

Boys Lax (K-6)

Our lacrosse camp will focus on individual skill development & concepts for team success. Participants will be divided into groups based on age & skill level. Players will receive instruction on the fundamental skills of lacrosse, then move on to new drills that focus on player & team skill development. Coaches will introduce players to all the skills that players will need for the next level of competition. Each day will include game play to allow players to showcase their new skills & team concepts.
