Family Swim

Come enjoy famiy swim night. Saturdays, 1-3:00pm from February 28, 2026 to April 25, 2026. No swim on April 4, 2026.
Family Swim: 8 events: Saturdays from February 28th - April 25th (no swim on April 4th), 1-3pm, 2 hours/event. $20/Family for a 1 Day Pass. Interested in our Family 4 Day ($75) or 8 Day Pass ($125)? You can upgrade at the Door and pay only the difference for a multi event pass. This event requires the attendance of at least 1 Adult per family.

Ranger Aquatics - Beginner Swim Lessons 1A

Ranger Aquatics is offering 3 Swim Lesson sessions before the end of the school year with Deborah Burke, Varsity Swim Coach and Spencerport Ranger Varsity Swimmers.
Please read the criteria below to determine which level your swimmer is, as we cannot schedule Beginners in the same class as Intermediate Swimmers!! Questions? Contact Coach Deborah Burke by email: dburke@spencerportschools.org
Beginner Swim Lessons: 9 lessons per session, $90/session. Must be at least 4+ years old on first day of lessons. A Beginner Swimmer is one who swims less than 10 feet unassisted on the water surface. Requires willingness to “dunk” head underwater. Class is focused on basic safety skills and instruction, including floating face down, floating face up, blowing bubbles while submerged, rolling from back to stomach while floating, and basic arm and leg movements of front and back crawl (i.e. freestyle and backstroke). It is likely that young swimmers will require at least 2 sessions of beginner lessons due to age and muscular coordination development to gain swimming proficiency. Instructor to Swimmer ratio is 1:3. April 6 – April 22, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday only, 4:00 – 4:40 pm. Capacity=15

Intermediate-Level Swim Lessons: 9 lessons per session, $90/session. Must be at least 6+ years old on first day of lessons. Children eligible for Intermediate-level swim lessons must be able to swim at least 15 feet unassisted on the water surface, and able to float on front, back, and “log roll” from back to front. Instruction will focus on improving front/back crawl swimming proficiency and endurance on the water surface, including proper breathing techniques for continuous movement in the water. Elementary backstroke and breaststroke will be introduced, increasing swimmer safety with ability to swim multiple strokes. Basic dive instruction included if time allows. Many swimmers will be able to swim one full length of the pool (25 yards) by the end of the session. Instructor to student ratio is 1:6. April 6 – April 22, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday only, 4:45 – 5:30 pm. Capacity=18
Dive in Theater
with Deb Burke
Dive in Theater features family-themed movies with an aquatic theme, such as "Under the Sea", "Spongebob Squarepants", etc. Small inflatables are welcome. Requires at least one adult (21+) per family. April 18, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. $20 per event $25 at the door. Capacity is 35.
