Spencerport Sports Booster Club, Inc.

Swim program to teach and support swimmers to improve their swimming competence and prepare for competition in either a scholastic or club atmosphere.  Includes underwater videotaping and review of swimmers scheduled periodically to help build skill and aquatic competence.  Competition at local swim meets is offered but not required (additional fees will apply for competition).  Click here for ates and times.  Ranger Aquatics Schedules

This is open to Senior and Junior Level is for Scholastic Swimmers (Varsity, JV, and Modified, grades 7 - 12) & swimmers with some Club swimming experience, who want to achieve and maintain/improve conditioning for competitive swimming.  Sessions will include instruction and drills to improve stroke mechanics and skill, plus work to improve conditioning,  endurance, and speed.  Will also include dryland conditioning.

The session start date and end date, along with a message that Coach will provide a link to the schedule upon registration.
